Cash Cattle Prices Rise After Consumers Grill Beef Over Labor Day Weekend

Cash cattle prices responded to excellent beef movement over the Labor Day holiday- and jumped four to five dollars higher this past Friday. On today's Beef Buzz, we discuss the factors behind this move to $117 to $118 per hundred for slaughter cattle in the southern Great Plains with Erica Rosa- Sanko of the Livestock Market Information Center.
