We Talk GIPSA Rule with Ross Wilson of TCFA- Part Two


The Chief Executive Officer of the Texas Cattle Feeders Association, Ross Wilson, says the changes that will hit the beef cattle feedlot industry will not occur all at once- but gradually the litigation risks that he and other say are a part of the proposal will have processors and packers pulling away from marketing agreements- to avoid being chased by trial lawyers who may claim the documentation they have filed with Uncle Sam is not adequate.


We talked with Ross at the USDA-DOJ Workhop on Competition in the Livestock sector- and you can hear his comments with us on this Beef Buzz- this the second part in a series of Beef Buzzes with Wilson..
