In the Field With Ron Hays and Heather Buckmaster of the Oklahoma Beef Council On Saturday morning, Director of Farm Programming Ron Hays talked beef issues with the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Beef Council on his In the Field segment that is seen on KWTV, News9.


They discussed LFTB and the educational efforts that the OBC has been doing to correct misconeptions about these lean beef trimmings. Heather also provided an update about the Back to Basics Workshops that begin April 20th.
