Feeder Cattle Narrative Report for 09/15/2014

Estimated Receipts: 8100   Last Monday: 9886   Year Ago Monday: 6951

Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers steady to firm. Steer and heifer calves mostly steady to 5.00 higher. Very few true yearlings on offer with the majority of the supply consisting of un-weaned calves. As a result, the most advances have been recorded on larger packages of weaned cattle.
