Feeder Steers and Heifers Sell Higher Than Last Week Wednesday at OKC West Livestock Auction

Compared to last week: Feeder steers sold 4.00 to mostly 6.00 higher, feeder heifers traded 3.00 to 5.00 higher. Steer and heifer calves were to lightly tested for an accurate market trend, however a higher undertone was noted. Demand remains good. Quality plain to attractive. Feeder cattle supply included 68 percent Steers, 31 percent Heifers, and 1 percent Bulls. Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 89 percent.
