Hamps Rule- Supreme Champion Purebred Ewe Was Hampshire Breed Champ Shown by Johnna Stottlemeyer of Luther FFA

The first half of the Breeding Ewe Competition at the 2018 Oklahoma Youth Expo was held on Monday- with the purebred ewes being paraded through the show ring. The Commercial Ewes will be shown in the Norrick Arena on Tuesday. The 2018 Purebred Ewe Show was dominated by the Hampshire entries- as the Champion and Reserve Champion Hamps were the Supreme Champion and Supreme Reserve Champion Purebred Ewes for the 2018 OYE.

The 2018 Supreme Champion Purebred Ewe is owned and was shown by Johnna Stottlemeyer of the Luther FFA, while the second best Hamp ewe was the Supreme Reserve Champion Purebred Ewe- shown by Payne reavis of Broken Bow FFA. (Johnna Stottlemeyer is pictured here)

Champion- Emma Gifford, Fort Gibson 4-H
Reserve- Maysen Garrett, Crescent 4-H


Champion- Jaleigh Oldenberg, Mulhall Orlando FFA
Reserve- Conner Anthony, Pottawatomie Co 4-H


Champion- Claudia Van Zandt, Stillwater FFA
Reserve- Kaylee Shenold, Mulhall Orlando FFA


Champion- Madelyn Scott, Central High FFA
Reserve- Ashlyn Maddox, Thomas Fay Custer FFA


Champion- Riley Scott, Central High FFA
Reserve- Kyley Cox, Comanche County 4-H
