Livestock Weighted Average Report for 4/22/2019 - Final
Compared to last week: Slaughter cows 2.00-3.00 higher. Slaughter bulls 2.00-4.00 higher. Packer demand good to very good. A total of 421 cows and bulls sold with 40 percent going to packers. Estimated dressed cost at the OKC West Livestock Auction: Lean cows 127.95; Boners 123.80; Breakers 117.85; Light Weight cows 118.70; Bulls 150.85. Supply included: 37% Slaughter Cattle (89% Cows, 11% Bulls); 63% Replacement Cattle (53% Bred Cows, 26% Bred Heifers, 22% Cow-Calf Pairs).
