Compared to last week: Feeder steers sold steady to 2.00 higher. Feeder heifers traded mostly steady with exception of 700-800 lb heifers 2.00-3.00 higher. Demand moderate to good for all classes. Steer and heifer calves were to lightly tested for an accurate trend. Quality plain to average. Heavy rains causing massive flooding came across the trade area hampering livestock movement. Supply included: 100% Feeder Cattle (50% Steers, 50% Heifers, 0% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 85%.
