Oklahoma Hay Report for Week of July 23, 2020 Please note that from this forward this report will be released bi-weekly until hay trade starts to be more active. Next report will be released on 08-06-29 ***. Compared to last week: Hay trade continues to be extremely slow and no trend is available. Most producers are of the mindset that higher end Alfalfa will continue to move. Cow and grass hay seem to be on the back burner as of now due to recent rains and the trade are having plenty of grazing grass. Demand remains good.

Alfalfa.
Central Oklahoma: Premium large squares 4x4 $150/ton.

Eastern Oklahoma: No trades reported.

Western Oklahoma: Premium large round bales $140/ton, 2nd cutting

Grass Hay

Central Oklahoma: No trades reported.

Western Oklahoma: No trades reported.

Eastern Oklahoma: Hay Grazer: Supreme Quality large squares 3X4X8 $80/ton FOB Oklahoma, $130/ton Del New Mexico.

Wheat Hay

Central Oklahoma: No trades reported.

Western Oklahoma: Large round bales $70.00/ton.

Eastern Oklahoma: No trades reported.

Prices are dollars per ton and FOB unless otherwise noted.
