The Mid America CropLife Association (MACA) is eager to announce the launch of its new logo, symbolizing a fresh chapter in the association’s storied history. Founded in 1958, MACA has been a cornerstone in the crop protection industry, bringing together manufacturers, distributors, formulators, warehousers, and seed companies to inform and educate members on policy issues, create educational opportunities, and advance agricultural practices across the Midwest.
The new logo represents MACA’s commitment to innovation and sustainability, reflecting the association’s role in an evolving agricultural sector and provides a glimpse of the new website and branding slated for completion mid-fall.
The new design elements embody MACA’s dedication to fostering growth and supporting its member companies and professionals.
MACA president, Jamie Yanes, Albaugh, Inc. shares his excitement for the branding update and future of the association.
“This new logo is a testament to MACA’s investment in the crop protection industry. The “hands” of MACA help to hold, nurture, and protect the interests of our industry,” he shares. “The logo symbolizes our dedication to our membership and the advancement of the crop protection industry as a whole.”
The new logo will be unveiled during the 2024 MACA Annual Meeting, held September 3-5 in Bloomington, Minnesota. Attendees will have the opportunity to see the graphics at work, front and center, for a week of crop protection-focused speakers, panels, and education.
“Working to promote and communicate the sustainability successes of my employer and the crop protection industry daily, I was excited to see this logo rise to the top of our Marketing and Communications committee’s selection. The elements of MACA’s new logo reflect the commitment to growth, sustainability, and collaboration not only within MACA but amongst the member companies that make up the association,” says John Oesch, Nutrien Ag Solutions, who serves as secretary/treasurer for the association and helps to spearhead MACA’s Marketing and Communications committee.
MACA invites its members and the public to follow the association’s Facebook and LinkedIn pages for a sneak peek of the new logo.
