
The Agricultural Retailers Association (ARA) concluded its 2025 Conference & Expo today after three inspiring days that brought together more than 600 ag retail professionals.
Operating under the theme “Elevating Peak Performance,” the event spotlighted innovation and leadership across the agricultural retail industry. Attendees left with valuable ideas and connections to strengthen their businesses, thanks to insightful general sessions, a bustling Expo floor, and dynamic networking opportunities throughout the week.
“The energy and engagement this week show the spirit of our industry,” said Daren Coppock, ARA President and CEO.“ARA is proud to provide a forum where ag retailers can learn from one another and improve the partnerships that elevate peak performance.”
Leadership expert Lt. Col. (Ret.) Scott Mann headlined the general sessions, setting the stage for other thought leaders who addressed pressing topics, such as

· Trump Administration policy impacts for American agriculture
· global weather trends
· the fertilizer market outlook
· artificial intelligence
The conference concluded on an inspiring note with the Closing Keynote, “Dream. Believe. Achieve!” presented by two-time Olympic medalist Shannon Bahrke Happe.
Meanwhile, the ARA Expo featured innovative products and solutions that are shaping the future of ag retail. Networking events added another dimension to the conference experience. The Topgolf Mixer and Closing Celebration gave attendees the chance to build meaningful connections that extend beyond the conference.

The 2026 ARA Conference & Expo will be held Dec. 1-3, 2026, in Austin, Texas.
