ASA’s Annual Membership Meeting will be held January 17 at 6:00 PM MDT at the Embassy Suites Denver International Airport (7001 Yampa Street, Denver, CO). Active members planning to vote on the proposed rule and bylaw amendments must register in person to vote prior to the meeting. A desk will be set up near the meeting room.
If you can’t join in person, plan on attending online. Active members will also have the option to vote on the proposed rule and bylaw amendments virtually during the Annual Meeting. Those planning to do so must register in advance by following the directions in the link below. Voting instructions will be outlined during the meeting.
Following the Annual Meeting will be the Chairman’s Reception at 7:30 PM MDT.
