Oklahoma’s Winter Wheat Conditions Leap to 42 Percent Good to Excellent Rating

Winter Wheat Headed reached 6 percent, up 1 point from the previous year and the average. Winter wheat conditions rated 48 percent good to excellent, 31 percent fair, and 21 percent poor to very poor.
