Healthy Living Ambassadors serve as advocates, mentors and educators on health-related topics across the state. This is a fantastic chance for youth to grow as leaders while making a meaningful impact in their communities.
What do Healthy Living Ambassadors do?
- Travel to area counties to deliver health-related workshops
- Plan and implement a statewide Healthy Living Summit for youth
- Mentor other members in support of the 4-H pledge to health
- Promote wellness and lead programming at the club, county, district and state levels
- Represent Oklahoma 4-H at health-related events
Selected ambassadors will begin their term this summer, kicking off with the new 4-H year. Current Ambassadors must reapply to continue their service.
Who can apply?
Applicants must be Oklahoma 4-H members entering grades 9-12 during the 2025-26 school year. Up to 10 members will be selected for the team.
