Choice closed at $371.93, up $2.75, while Select finished at $352.57, down $0.89, bringing the Choice/Select spread to $19.36 on 128 loads. The Choice cutout has gained $9.66 since October 3.
Among primals, the Rib rose to $619.87 (+1.34), Chuck to $303.76 (+3.75), Round to $328.20 (+2.42), Loin to $470.11 (+4.62), Brisket to $306.15 (+2.06), and Plate to $230.74 (+0.65), while Flank declined slightly to $195.65 (−5.43).
