Compared to Tuesday, the Rib increased from $626.80 to $637.12, Chuck rose from $311.17 to $311.88, and Loin moved up from $483.93 to $494.29. The Round decreased from $331.69 to $324.65, Brisket dipped from $309.58 to $306.93, Plate declined from $241.75 to $240.49, and Flank slipped from $197.67 to $195.76.
