Among primal cuts, Friday saw the Rib primal increase modestly by $1.60 to $624.60, while the Chuck dropped $2.04 to $306.70. The Round eased $1.99 to $320.06, and the Loin slipped $3.21 to $481.99. Brisket edged down $1.33 to $321.98, Plate rose slightly by $0.46 to $249.39, and Flank gained $0.34 to finish at $203.00.
