Compared to Tuesday, the Rib fell $0.61 to $486.54, the Chuck rose $2.08 to $319.85, and the Round eased $0.71 to $306.82. The Loin dropped $4.66 to $429.01. Brisket declined $4.20 to $310.47, Plate fell $2.33 to $234.97, and Flank was down $2.82 to $164.16.
