Senator Mullin Welcomes Oklahoma National Guard for Dinner and Capitol Tour in Washington, D.C

Last night, U.S. Senator Markwayne Mullin (R-OK), a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, U.S. Senator James Lankford (R-OK), and U.S. Representative Stephanie Bice (OK-05) welcomed members of the Oklahoma National Guard for dinner and a night tour of the U.S. Capitol Building.

Senator Mullin released a VIDEO of the tour HERE—which is available for broadcast use.

“About 160 members of the Oklahoma National Guard volunteered to join President Trump’s ‘D.C. Safe and Beautiful’ mission—and we could not be prouder of their service,” said Senator Mullin. “Feeding these men and women and taking them on a tour of their U.S. Capitol Building is the least we can do to thank them for their unwavering commitment to keeping our communities safe. We deeply appreciate the men and women who continue to answer the call to serve. As I told the Guardsmen last night, I can’t think of a better example of the Oklahoma Standard. I’m very glad we got to do this as a delegation.”
