OKC West Calf Trade Was $5 to $15 Lower on Tuesday
Compared to last week: Steer calves 5.00-10.00 lower. Heifers calves 10.00-15.00 lower. Quality mostly plain. The Choice Boxed Beef Tumble Continues- Down $5.91 to $392.62 on Tuesday
Boxed beef fell again on Tuesday, extending its slide to nine straight sessions, down a combined $23.39 over that stretch. Choice boxed beef closed at $398.53, down $1.51 from Friday, while Select finished at $378.80, up $0.36. The Choice/Select spread narrowed to $19.73 on 101 loads.
