Boxed beef prices were higher on Monday with Choice at 381.52, up 2.68 from Friday, and Select at 359.61, up 4.52. The Choice-Select spread narrowed to 21.91. Loads totaled 85. Choice Boxed Beef Rally Stalls Out Friday- Down Ten Cents to $378.84
On Friday, August 8, 2025, the Choice boxed beef cutout closed at $378.84/cwt, down $0.10 from Thursday’s $378.94 but $15.62 higher than last Friday’s $363.22.
