Choice Boxed Beef’s Slide Continues- Down 91 Cents to $363.81 on Wednesday
Boxed beef prices declined for the second consecutive day on Wednesday. The Choice cutout fell $0.91 to $363.81, while the Select cutout rose $2.34 to $353.12, narrowing the spread to $10.69. Choice Boxed Beef Tumbles $4.17 to $364.72- Lowest Price Since Mid October
Boxed beef prices declined on Tuesday with the Choice cutout down $4.17 to $364.72 and the Select cutout down $7.10 to $350.78, marking the lowest levels since October 14.
