Educators, Did you know you can schedule a mobile Dairy Experince for your classroom?



Southwest Dairy Farmers is an alliance of dairy farmers from Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Virginia, Kentucky and North Carolina. These producers have pooled their resources to provide consumer education in nutrition, promote dairy product use, and provide dairy product information.



INFORM



Spreading the truth of dairy and sharing the story of the farmers behind the process is vital. There are many misconceptions about milk, milk products and the farms that produce it. Consumers should be informed of the difference between the products that claim to be alternative replacements to dairy. We aim to relay the positive message that needs to be told and educate on the importance of milk and dairy in their diet.



PROMOTE



Producer funds are utilized to promote the usage of milk and other dairy products through advocacy and education, showcasing the benefits of milk and dairy: nutrition, health, and product goodness.



EDUCATE

Education means a more informed consumer; one who can make better choices. Our educational efforts span from schools, fairs, community and athletic events to anywhere the opportunity is offered to share the story of dairy. It is our priority to educate the public on the facts and benefits of dairy.
