A big Cool Front will hit the state on Friday, bringing cooler temperatures and a drastic change to our weather pattern. State Climatologist Gary McManus says as we see Record highs today, we could be seeing record lows that are still pretty high for November. The State will be pretty mild through Thursday, but then see colder temps move in by Friday.
McManus says now the question becomes just how big the cold front will be next week, “How much cold air does it have behind it, and what is the timing of that cold front with any moisture return that could give us our fantasy-cast come true?”
It’s hard to tell if we will see any moisture out of this system. There is a slight possibility of Snow, but it’s doubtful. McManus says we will just have to wait and see what the Oklahoma Weather brings us.
