Are you a start-up business within agriculture and want to apply for an Oklahoma Agriculture Sales Tax Exemption but don’t know how? Or have you have been in production agriculture for years and have not applied for one?
This class will walk you through the online process of filling out the 3 Year Business Plan (Form 13-8) to verify active agriculture production, uploading the form, and proceeding through the online process for the exemption. This class will work with both micro-farming and large-scale applications.
