OSU Plant Materials conference set in Oklahoma City

Oklahoma State University Extension will host a Plant Materials Conference Oct. 19 in Oklahoma City.

Who and What: Plant experts from across the state will host workshops for anyone interested in gardening, landscaping and more. Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

Featured topics at the conference include:

  • Low-input ground covers
  • Native plant materials
  • Pollinators
  • Plant education
  • Tropical plants
  • Native plants, community forests, and more!

When: Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. Opening remarks are at 8:05 a.m., and the conference will conclude at 4:45 p.m.

Where: Champion Convention Center, 801 S. Meridian Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73108

Registration is $75 and raises to $100 after Oct. 13. Registration questions can be directed to Jandra or Stacy in Agricultural Conferences office at 405-744-6489.
