This event, a cornerstone in agricultural education since 1943, underscores the commitment to nurturing the next generation of conservationists and agricultural professionals.

This year, El Reno, Oklahoma, will be the backdrop for over a thousand students from across the United States. Participants will demonstrate their knowledge in critical areas such as land and range management, soil science, and conservation practices, showcasing their potential to lead future environmental and agricultural initiatives. The National Land and Range Judging contest dates will be April 30th – May 2nd.

Beyond the competition, this contest is a forum for students to engage in hands-on learning about the adaptability of land for farming and range management. These experiences are pivotal for students eyeing careers in environmental science, agricultural management, and natural resource conservation.
