The Choice/Select spread widened to $6.88, compared with $5.93 on Wednesday, and load count increased to 115 from 101.
On the primal side, ribs rose to $505.12 from $502.55, chucks declined to $332.75 from $338.36, rounds increased to $332.48 from $329.22, and loins moved higher to $464.28 from $463.01. Briskets dropped to $294.01 from $300.29, plates edged lower to $251.89 from $252.70, and flanks slipped to $171.82 compared with $172.71 on Wednesday.
