Compared to the last report. Movement has picked up; movement has been slow to steady. We do see continued movement due to the drought and the winter storm we received. We are supposed to see some moisture move across Oklahoma with mild temperatures to follow. Drought worsens; 94 percent of the state has some form of drought.
The Oklahoma Mesonet Drought Monitor indicates that 0 percent of the state is experiencing exceptional drought, 10.23 percent is in extreme drought, 28.26 percent is in severe drought, 74.11percent is in moderate drought, 94.54 percent is in abnormally dry conditions, and 4.46 percent has no drought conditions.
