105 Oklahoma Legislators Earned 100% Voting Records on Small Business Issues

The National Federation of Independent Business, the state’s leading small business advocacy organization, announced today that 105 Oklahoma lawmakers earned 100 percent NFIB voting records during the 60^th Oklahoma Legislature. The scorecard includes votes on a variety of issues related to small businesses, including tax and regulatory relief, stiffer penalties on theft, and legal reform.

“Our members appreciate these lawmakers’ efforts on behalf of Main Street Oklahomans,” NFIB State Director Jerrod Shouse said. “Lawmakers advanced several reforms to lower the tax and regulatory burdens of our job creators, reduce the threat of excessive litigation, and impose stiffer penalties against retail theft. The victories achieved in the statehouse reflect a commitment to our small business owners and the hardworking Oklahomans they employ.”

The NFIB Voting Record does not reflect every element considered by a legislator when voting, nor does it represent a complete profile of the lawmaker. NFIB’s 2025-2026 Voting Record includes nine key votes on tax, regulatory, and judicial reforms.
