Choice Boxed Beef Drops 79 Cents to $368.11 on Tuesday
Boxed beef values were lower on Tuesday compared to Monday. The Choice cutout declined $0.79 to $368.11, while Select fell $1.93 to $365.19, narrowing the Choice/Select spread to $2.92 on 102 loads, compared with a $1.78 spread on 97 loads Monday.
