Boxed beef closed higher on Monday, marking the third consecutive daily advance. Choice cutout values rose $2.52 to $369.22, while Select jumped $3.57 to $364.31. Boxed beef closed higher Friday, with the Choice cutout rising $1.53 to $366.70 and Select gaining $0.95 to $360.74, widening the spread to $5.96 on 106 loads.
