Boxed beef surged higher Tuesday, with the Choice cutout jumping $8.21 to $377.43, marking the largest single-day gain so far this year. Choice has now posted gains for four consecutive sessions, climbing a total of $13.63 over that stretch. Choice Boxed Beef Jumps $2.52 Higher to $369.22 on Monday
Boxed beef closed higher on Monday, marking the third consecutive daily advance. Choice cutout values rose $2.52 to $369.22, while Select jumped $3.57 to $364.31.
