Boxed beef values closed slightly higher on Friday, November 21, 2025. The Choice cutout increased by $0.20 to $371.48, while the Select cutout rose $2.80 to $356.98. Choice Boxed Beef Gains a Nickel to $371.28 on Thursday
Boxed beef prices were slightly higher on Thursday. The Choice cutout increased by $0.05 to $371.28, and the Select cutout rose $0.63 to $354.18, narrowing the Choice/Select spread to $17.10.
