A big storm system is headed for the state tomorrow and Friday that brings with it some hope for more rain. According to State Climatologist Gary McManus, the rains we’ve been getting have “Skipped the areas roughly to the north and East of I-44”
McManus says the threat of Tornado weather for tomorrow is very low, but Hail could be a big threat. “That hatched area on the hail outlook sez that there is at least a 15% chance of significant hail of at least 2″ within 25 milesof a point…within that hatched area.”
