Dairy MAX, a nonprofit dairy council representing more than 900 dairy farmers, announced the hiring of Becky Richardson as Vice President of School Marketing. In this pivotal role, Richardson will steer Dairy MAX’s strategic efforts in promoting dairy consumption and healthy nutrition among school-age children across Colorado, southwest Kansas, Louisiana, Montana, New Mexico, western Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming.
Richardson will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns and educational initiatives aimed at school districts within Dairy MAX’s eight state region. As Vice President of School Marketing, she will collaborate with Dairy MAX’s leadership team to develop the organizational strategic plan and she will work closely with educators, school health professionals and district administrators to implement programs that emphasize the nutritional benefits of dairy while catering to the unique needs of students and schools.

Richardson’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration specializing in Marketing and Finance, coupled with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, both earned from the University of Central Florida. Her career encompasses notable roles, including vice president of product strategy, vice president of field sales, and national director of field sales. In these roles she led a national team of education and business sales representatives, ensuring annual individual and team revenue targets were achieved and exceeded. Richardson also excelled at driving a high return on investments while managing a multi-million-dollar operational budget, generating quarterly and annual forecasts and developing strategic key performance indicator targets that drove overall revenue growth.
She has also made her mark with distinguished organizations like Academic Partnerships, a prominent Dallas-based entity collaborating with universities to deliver comprehensive online degree programs. Richardson also has a working history with respected institutions such as leading student loan servicer Nelnet Inc., Grand Canyon University and the University of Central Florida.
Her deep-rooted passion for education and her commitment to enhancing the lives of students have been the driving forces behind her career trajectory. With more than 20 years of experience in sales and education, she brings with her an in-depth understanding of industry analysis, cross-functional team leadership, marketing and strategic planning. Her dedication, analytical problem-solving skills and passion for impacting students’ lives make her a vital asset to the Dairy MAX team.
