Farm Director, KC Sheperd, is talking with Ashley Randolph about the 2023 Oklahoma Ag Expo coming up on November 6-8 in Norman, Okla. Randolph is the Director of Communications at the Oklahoma Grain and Feed Association and the Oklahoma Agribusiness Retailers Association.

The expo will be held at the Embassy Suites at 2501 Conference Drive in Norman. The Oklahoma Ag Expo is a joint venture of the Oklahoma Grain and Feed Association and the Oklahoma Agribusiness Retailers Association.

Private and commercial applicators and certified crop advisors will have the opportunity to take CEU courses through the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry all throughout the event.

“We will be kicking off Ag Expo on Monday, November 6, with our golf tournament, which is for OSU ag scholarships,” Randolph said. “Then we will kick off registration, and the trade show will be on Tuesday.”

Over the three days, Randolph said the Expo has invited an excellent lineup of speakers. Topics will range from fumigation to weed management, and more.

“We are excited for our lineup of speakers and have a pretty big trade show lined up,” Randolph said. “We have a wide variety. We have got chemical and fertilizer folks, as well as construction companies, seed companies, fumigation companies, and everything in between.”

On Tuesday night, the Ag Political Action (PAC) Committee for the Oklahoma Grain and Feed Association and the Oklahoma Agribusiness Retailers Association will be hosting a live and silent auction that anyone is welcome to attend.

“This is a great opportunity to continue supporting our legislators and especially those who see the importance of investing in rural and agriculture here in Oklahoma,” Randolph said.
