Ag in the Classroom: Ag Day at the Capitol Highlights

THOMAS AG DAY

Honoring Student Winners

Thomas Clark, first grade student from Burlington, Oklahoma, examined his citation from Senator Pederson pretty closely!  He was the Overall Early Childhood Winner for the AITC Contest.

We cannot thank the Oklahoma Beef Council enough for sponsoring the contest each year.  Each winner-first through third place- at every grade level receives a medal and gift card the Oklahoma Beef Council supplies.  The overall winners also receive a plaque at Ag Day.

Oklahoma Farm Bureau Women’s Committee give the teachers of the winning students a gift card as well.

Thank you to all the teachers and students who have entered the AITC contest through the years.
