Thank you to our spring interns, Elizabeth Kern and Gracelyn Boren! Elizabeth is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in international affairs and a Master in Security, Intelligence, and Strategic Studies. Gracelyn is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences, communications, and leadership. They’re both open to career opportunities, so shoot them a message if you’d like to connect!
The Alliance is always on the hunt for top talent to join the team as an intern – could you be our next one? Alliance interns assist with social media, news monitoring, email marketing, developing reports, member resources, and more. Submit your application for the fall 2025 internship by July 1! Alliance internships can be conducted remotely or from the Alliance office in Arlington, Va.
Spots Open in Agriculture Advocacy Development Programs
The Alliance is passionate about empowering advocates for agriculture, and we’re excited to announce spots are open for our advocacy development programs. The second (and final) class for 2025 of Animal Ag Allies starts this summer. Apply by July 11 for an online, interactive, self-paced program that will teach you how to have conversations with consumers, media, and other target audiences. Animal Ag Allies is open to farmers, ranchers, veterinarians, and food industry professionals.
College students are encouraged to sign up for the 2025 College Aggies Online (CAO) scholarship program, kicking off on Monday, September 8. CAO connects college students with farmer influencers and industry mentors to build resume skills while communicating about agriculture online and in person. Last year, $20,000 in scholarships were awarded. What are you waiting for? Sign up today!
