The Loin advanced to $498.44 (+$4.08), while the Chuck eased to $363.31 (-$0.24). Brisket slipped to $348.24 (-$1.76), while the Plate firmed to $281.09 (+$3.55) and the Flank ticked higher to $241.34 (+$1.90). For the month, Choice boxed beef is now up $51.85 in August, with the sharpest strength coming from the Rib primal and steady gains in the Round.
