Among the primal cuts, Rib values slipped to $633.16, down $4.39, and Chuck eased to $378.50, off $1.73. Round dropped $4.13 to $360.79, while Loin saw a modest gain of $0.76, reaching $493.98. Brisket was nearly steady, ticking up just $0.45 to $337.54. However, Plate softened by $3.98 to $267.57, and Flank rose slightly to $235.06, up $1.29.
