By primal cuts, the Rib inched up to $630.01 from $629.54, while the Chuck eased to $331.24 from $332.19, and the Round slipped to $326.94 from $328.13. The Loin fell to $462.89 from $465.84, while the Brisket edged higher to $309.66 from $308.68. The Plate advanced to $242.73 from $237.05, and the Flank was nearly steady at $224.16 versus $223.87.
