The Choice/Select spread narrowed modestly to $13.87, down from $14.16 the previous day. Total loads came in at 145, compared to 173 on Monday.
Among primals, the Rib improved to $619.91 (up $1.19), while the Chuck edged higher to $292.09 (up $0.75). The Round gained $0.50 to $321.42, while the Loin eased slightly to $457.27 (down $0.97). The Brisket firmed to $307.21 (up $0.27), and the Plate rose to $229.06 (up $2.05). The Flank advanced to $203.20, an increase of $2.62 from Monday.
