Compared to Tuesday, primal values were mostly lower: Rib decreased from $626.82 to $626.07, Chuck from $293.18 to $291.45, Loin from $476.11 to $474.93, Plate from $248.04 to $245.71, and Flank from $180.69 to $176.13. Round increased slightly from $293.42 to $294.49, and Brisket edged up from $324.18 to $324.59.
