Primal values were mostly lower compared to Monday. Rib dropped to $499.70 from $505.83, Chuck declined to $317.96 from $322.50, Round eased to $332.97 from $333.23, and Loin fell to $471.77 from $476.50. Brisket was nearly steady at $294.64 compared to $294.58. Plate increased to $259.59 from $257.74, while Flank slipped to $178.53 from $179.72.
