The Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association recently elected eight new members to its Board of Directors during the OCA 74th Annual Convention and Trade Show.
OCA divides Oklahoma into six membership districts to ensure statewide representation on it’s governing body. Each district is represented by three directors serving staggered three year terms and one district vice president serving a four year term. The newly elected directors include:
- Cody Beach of Bristow, North Central District
- Michael Hodges of Quapaw, Northeast District
- LeRoss Apple of Kenton, Northwest District
- Chance Combs of Madill, South Central District
- Jared Engler of Idabel, Southeast District
- Jake Grossnicklaus of Ninnekah, Southwest District
The newly elected district vice presidents include: - Clay Burtrum of Stillwater, North Central District
- Ronn Cunningham of Vinita, Northeast District
“OCA’s Board of Directors provides important grassroots leadership for the association,” said Michael Kelsey, OCA executive vice president. “These cattlemen bring valuable experience and a willingness to serve their fellow producers. We appreciate their commitment to OCA and Oklahoma’s beef cattle industry.”
