The Oklahoma Conservation Commission (OCC) has launched the Invasive Woody Species Cost-Share Program — an ongoing initiative to manage invasive woody species across Oklahoma’s agricultural landscapes. This program aims to provide cost-share to qualifying landowners located within the program boundaries.
The program’s application window will open on September 1, 2026, and applications will close on November 1, 2026. Applicants are expected to implement and maintain the conservation practices in accordance with their invasive woody species conservation plan.
The Land Management Division will review, score, and rank applications, and contact landowners if their applications are approved. This initiative represents a significant step in Oklahoma’s ongoing conservation partnership toward a sustainable agricultural future.
