The National Cotton Council (NCC) greatly appreciates the Trump Administration for its strong support of the bipartisan Buying American Cotton Act (BACA).

By leveraging the value and traceability of U.S. cotton, BACA would help strengthen demand for U.S. cotton, expand domestic production, support U.S. textile manufacturing, create new jobs and boost local economies across the American cotton industry.
