Oklahoma ranchers, farmers, and fairgoers heading to the annual Tulsa State Fair received special recognition ahead of opening day, as U.S. Senator James Lankford shared a message highlighting greetings sent to Oklahomans from former President Donald Trump.
The Tulsa State Fair officially kicks off tomorrow, bringing together agricultural producers, youth exhibitors, livestock competitors, and families from across the state for one of Oklahoma’s premier agricultural and community traditions.
In a statement shared Wednesday, Lankford expressed appreciation for the acknowledgment of fair attendees and encouraged visitors to connect with local representatives on the fairgrounds.
“Thank you, President Trump, for the kind words and for sending your greetings to Oklahomans heading to the Tulsa State Fair,” Lankford stated. “It kicks off tomorrow, and if you’re there, make sure to stop by and say hello to the great folks at the Tulsa County GOP booth!”
The 11-day event features extensive livestock shows, youth agricultural exhibitions, and competitions central to Oklahoma’s ranching and farming communities, drawing hundreds of thousands of visitors to Expo Square in Tulsa.
