The culmination of months of dedication, early mornings, and tireless barn work across Oklahoma will take the spotlight Wednesday evening at the Tulsa State Fair during the highly anticipated annual Night of Champions. The Event takes place October 7, at 6pm in the Ford Truck Arena on the Tulsa Fairgrounds. The Tulsa State Fair and the Tulsa State Fair Ringmasters are excited to present The Night of Champions ! A fun, exciting evening celebrating and honoring 150 of Oklahoma’s 4-H and FFA youth who “MAKE THE STAGE” as well as select the prestigious Grand and Reserve Grand Champions. The Tulsa State Fair is committed to providing today’s youth an opportunity to seek a future in agriculture and promote continued education by presenting over $400,000 in monetary awards.
Serving as the pinnacle event of the junior livestock competition, the Night of Champions brings together the finest 4-H and FFA exhibitors from every corner of the state. Inside the Ford Truck Arena, the spotlight will shine on the state’s elite youth showmen as they compete for and celebrate Grand and Reserve Grand Championship honors across market steers, barrows, lambs, goats, and broilers.
Beyond the banners and the backdrop photos, Wednesday’s event serves as a celebration of family commitment and agricultural education. Behind every junior exhibitor standing on the arena shavings is a network of parents, ag teachers, extension educators, and mentors who invest alongside these young producers year-round.
A vital piece of the evening is the Junior Livestock Auction and Premium Sale, where business leaders, agricultural advocates, and community supporters gather to bid on champion projects. The financial investments made on Wednesday night directly support exhibitors’ college funds, vocational training, and ongoing agricultural enterprises, providing critical momentum as they prepare for future leadership in the industry.
